Our office recently had some work done by Kratt electric. The customer service is absolutely OUTSTANDING. Dan Kratt went above and beyond anything that you would expect from a business owner to ensure that there were absolutely o problems and that we were positively pleased with the work that was done. He is genuinely one of the most sincere people that you could ever hope to meet. He is willing to go above and beyond to totally ENSURE that his customers needs are met and that they are happy with the job. I honestly cant rave enough about him, he is truly old school when it comes to work ethics and customer service.....and trust me when i tell you how rare that is in today's world!! Kratt electric comes HIGHLY recommended by Dr. Murray Osofsky!!!!
